    History of the Quail Rise Subdivision

    This neighborhood is in northeast Tallahassee.  There are not a lot of homes here and very few sales.  There was one in 2020 and two the year prior.  These homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s.  The neighborhood is located near Killearn Acres.
