According to my husband, some of the best golf in Tallahassee is played on the beautiful course nestled in the Summerbrooke community. Established in 1989, these gorgeous homes are surrounded by lakes and green space, making this one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Tallahassee. Also, the semi-private golf course, driving range, pool, and on-site restaurant/grill is open to the public. We understand that the place was named for the developer’s two daughters – Summer and Brooke.
In case you were wondering, the blue awning over the new park helps keep it shaded for use all year long. Every time we have visited there have been families enjoying the amenities. Furthermore, the 600 residences average 2,800-3,000 square feet and have generous yards. In 2021, they averaged 29 days on the market!
