The Foxcroft homes were built in the 1970s and 1980s and many of them are brick ranches and split-level homes. Updated homes had multiple offers within hours on the market in 2021 and averaged 35 days on market. Residents love the quiet and abundant wildlife.
There is little traffic in the neighborhood, so even with no sidewalks, there are still lots of walkers. Since the neighborhood is well established, the trees are large and shady. There is one major downside to living here though. Turning south from Foxcroft onto Thomasville Road in the mornings can be nerve-wracking. The back way through the neighborhood will take you to Killarney Way and the light at Thomasville. It’s longer but safer.
