One of the most beautiful, prestigious, and oldest neighborhoods in Tallahassee, these homes are tasteful and generous. Betton Hills is located next to Midtown and is conveniently nestled near Thomasville Road, Miccosukee Road, and Centerville Road for easy access to everything east in Tallahassee. It is also home to over 50 acres of parks and trails. The paths are shaded with mature oaks for summer enjoyment.
The yards are on the smaller side, but there is a community garden in McCord Park off Cline Street. There are thirty plots, and they are available for a small lease fee on a first-come, first-served basis. I’ll be honest, I’ve gone out of my way when showing homes in this neighborhood to drive by the garden. Someone has a green thumb, and it shows!
